How it works
- 01 We confirm what it is for Correspondence, banking or licensing. These are not the same, and the answer changes the setup.
- 02 We set up the address Registered to your company and given to you in writing for your own records.
- 03 We receive and sort Post signed for, sorted, and anything urgent flagged the same day.
- 04 We get it to you Scanned, forwarded or held for collection, whichever you asked for.
What it costs
This is priced on volume and on what you want done with the post — scanning and international forwarding cost more than holding items for collection. Courier charges are the courier's and are passed on at cost. Whether the address can also serve as your licensed address is decided by your authority rather than by us, and that answer changes the arrangement, so we settle it before you sign up.

Documents you will need
The exact list depends on your activity and the authority. We send you a written checklist for your own case before anything is filed.
- Trade licence
- Passport and Emirates ID for the authorised recipient
- A signed authorisation to receive post on the company's behalf
Questions
That is your authority's decision and it differs by authority and by licence type. We check what your licence requires before you commit, because an address that works for correspondence does not automatically work for licensing.
Same day for anything from an authority, a bank or a court. Ordinary post is notified on a regular cycle, which we agree with you at the start.
Only if you ask us to in writing. Otherwise we notify you and scan the envelope, and it stays sealed until you say otherwise.
We tell you the date it stops, hold anything that arrives for an agreed period, and hand it over. We do not quietly return items to sender.
